About Us

A Good Foundation Makes A Great Business

Flexwash was created by Ethan Rodriguez and Abigail Ugarte. They started as a pressure washing and window cleaning company but found that they loved working on cars more than they did on homes. Ethan started as an assistant manager at an auto detail supply shop where he trained many people on how to properly care for their car. Abigail came from a background in dental and optical and used her knowledge of systems to help keep the back office organized and grow. 

Ethan and Abigail both have the belief that cars should be handled with care. After all, a vehicle is usually a person's 2nd or 3rd greatest asset. They were tired of seeing people run their cars through automated car washes that scratched and chipped a cars paint and didn't achieve a true clean.

Our Process

Here at Flexwash we follow a flow chart. The exterior starts with the wash and how to properly break it down, then moves on to the claybar. Following that is the paint correction and the steps taken, and lastly paint protection. Our interior process is similar in breakdown on what parts to clean first to ensure a clean car.

Like most other professional detailers, we opt for the least aggressive method first. To better understand, think to a time you got a paper cut. Was your first reaction, "I need to go to the hospital!" Of course not, that would be way to much for such a small thing. Well same thing when it comes to detailing. We are going to use our equivalent of a band-aid for what would be considered a "paper cut".Our interior process is similar in breakdown on what parts to clean first to ensure a clean car.
